Anybody Can Be A Bride Today
We know a "Bride" as the beautiful woman at a wedding, but if you are confused by the use of the word "Bride" in this blog...this term is used because we should be living a life in constant preparation for His return just as a "Bride" is constantly preparing to get ready on her wedding day (Revelation 21). We do this by having a relationship with Jesus and living a life that is pleasing to Him. The Christian Church eagerly awaits our wedding day with the Lord! If you have any questions or would like to talk about how to become part of the "Bride" and don't know who to ask, you can ask me, I would love to lead you into a relationship with Him. Read John 3:16 if nothing else!

In-Laws are Family too
I am so very thankful for the peace among family every time I visit my in-laws and every time my husband visits his in-laws, but regardless of how well we seem to get along...we have our moments. Yes, the typical in-law moments. I think we all get along so well because we do our best to make sure those moments happen after the fact in our own heads and we don't let it out "AT the person." Well, I know that I tend to remember those moments even though they are in the past so when I have to see the person again, it's not always comfortable. So this time, I decided to take a different approach...pray specifically and in advance and honestly and hard before our time together. At the end of our days together, we couldn't believe things had gone so smoothly, but then we remembered...God was there, God made peace, God gave us kind hearts, God gave us kind words, God gave us good attitudes, God held us, God walked beside us EVERY step of our time together!!! Oh what a feeling, to see your prayers answered with such peace...thank you Lord! Galatians 5:22
